Ingredients

The salmon

  • lb salmon fillets

The glaze

  • ¼ cup sriracha
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, and tamari.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and coat them with the sriracha glaze.
  5. Broil the salmon in the oven for 8 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
  6. Check if the salmon is done by flaking it with a fork; if it flakes easily, it's ready.
  7. Remove from the oven, plate the salmon, and enjoy.
