Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut aminos, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic, and heat until simmering.
- Whisk arrowroot powder with a small amount of water to create a slurry, then add to the sauce and cook until thickened.
- Brush some sauce on the salmon fillets, avoiding the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with avocado oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket.
- Air fry for 5 to 10 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 125°F.
- Taste for seasoning and add more sauce if desired, garnishing with sesame seeds.
