For the Air Fryer Salmon

Instructions
- Make the mustard sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- For frozen salmon, spray the air fryer basket and place the salmon skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes to thaw.
- Season the thawed salmon with salt and pepper, brush with sauce, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 140-145°F. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- For fresh salmon, season, spray the basket, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Brush with sauce and cook for another 4-7 minutes, checking the temperature.
