Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and Sriracha in a bowl, then add garlic and ginger.
- Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler and prepare an oven-safe pan with a small amount of oil.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade, pat the skin dry, and place the fillets skin-side down in the pan.
- Broil the salmon for 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Transfer the salmon to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 1 minute until the skin is crispy.
