Honey Sriracha Salmon

The salmon

The glaze

soy sauce

honey

teaspoon
apple cider vinegar

Sriracha sauce

fresh ginger, grated

garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix all the Salmon Glaze ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the salmon with the Salmon Glaze for 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Remove the salmon from the container, reserving the marinade. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
- Cook the salmon skin side down until browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until browned, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in the reserved marinade, cover, and cook until the fish is cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
