Instructions
- Place the salmon in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and pour this mixture over the salmon.
- Cover the baking dish and refrigerate the salmon for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Bake the salmon for about 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness.
- If desired, broil the salmon for the last minute to brown the topping.
- Serve warm.
