Instructions
- Prepare the cilantro sauce by blending sour cream, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Season the salmon by drying it with paper towels and applying the spice mixture of cumin, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon, cooking until golden brown on one side.
- Flip the salmon and cook until done on the other side.
- Serve the salmon warm, drizzled with the creamy cilantro sauce.
