Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler and position the oven rack in the center.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Sprinkle the tops of the salmon with cumin and coriander.
- Broil the salmon, checking frequently, for about 4 minutes, then tent with foil if needed to prevent excess browning.
- Continue to broil for an additional 3 to 6 minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cilantro if desired, and serve.
