Easy Broiled Salmon

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan, add oil and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add minced thyme and rosemary, then turn off the heat and mix in mustard and lemon juice.
- Preheat the broiler and adjust the oven rack to the center position.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the butter mustard sauce over the fillets.
- Broil for 3 minutes, then flip the fillets, baste with sauce, and broil for another 3 minutes until fork tender.
