Simply Broiled Salmon

The salmon

fillet of Wild Salmon
Seasoning

a squish of
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and place a cast iron skillet under it for about ten minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the broiler and place the salmon skin side down in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Return the pan to the broiler and cook the salmon for about six to eight minutes until nearly cooked through.
- Remove the pan from the broiler and let the salmon finish cooking in the pan for a couple more minutes.
- Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and serve.
