Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil on high.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon filets on it.
- Pour olive oil over the salmon and rub to coat.
- Season the salmon with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, and ground cumin, rubbing the seasonings into the filets.
- Place the salmon in the oven on the bottom rack or middle rack if there’s only one broil setting.
- Broil for 8-9 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
