Ingredients

The salmon

  • 2 filets Salmon

The seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin

The oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil on high.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon filets on it.
  3. Pour olive oil over the salmon and rub to coat.
  4. Season the salmon with sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, and ground cumin, rubbing the seasonings into the filets.
  5. Place the salmon in the oven on the bottom rack or middle rack if there’s only one broil setting.
  6. Broil for 8-9 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
