Broiled Salmon in a Simple Marinade

Lemon Butter Sauce (Optional)

Instructions
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add salmon fillets to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Transfer marinated salmon to the baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until flaky and opaque.
- For the optional lemon butter sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until combined.
- Serve salmon with the lemon butter sauce or on the side.
