Avocado Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
- Whisk together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, and onion powder.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and the spice mixture.
- Brush the grill with olive oil and add the salmon, cooking for about 3 minutes on each side or until done.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Divide the salad ingredients among four plates and top with the grilled salmon.
- Drizzle with avocado ranch dressing before serving.
