Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Clean and dry the fish, then marinate for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the grill on high and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Place swordfish steaks on direct heat and cook for about 7 minutes per side.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the steaks rest before serving.
