Grilled Swordfish

Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pat the fish dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add the marinade to a ziplock bag and add the swordfish steaks, marinating for at least 5 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Heat the grill to medium-high and brush the grates with butter.
- Add the swordfish steaks to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill, brush with melted butter, and serve garnished with pepper and parsley.
