Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the cooked rice, broccoli, and chicken in a casserole dish and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat and cook the onions until softened.
- Add the garlic and flour, cooking until the flour begins to brown.
- Whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, then stir in the sour cream, cheese, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the rice, broccoli, and chicken mixture, and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Broil for a couple of minutes to brown the top, then serve warm.
