Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour or cashew flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions (optional)
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Roll the dough into a large ball using your hands.
  5. Shape the dough into a flat circle about 5 inches wide on a lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, allowing it to continue cooking slightly after removing from the oven.
