Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together sesame oil, tamari sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black sesame seeds.
- Add salmon cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the marinated salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes, then let rest.
- Boil 8 cups of water in a pot and cook the Success Basmati rice bags for 10 minutes.
- Remove the rice bags, drain, and fluff the rice in a serving dish.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
- Assemble the bowls by adding rice, cucumber, edamame, avocado, mango, scallions, and salmon, then drizzle with sriracha mayo.
