Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients until a uniform dough forms.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into two balls and press them onto the baking sheet.
- Flatten the cookies gently with your fingers.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes until the outside is firm and the inside is soft.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving.
