Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add the eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then combine with the wet ingredients and beat until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the cream cheese icing by beating together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and icing sugar until smooth.
- Once the cake is cooled, ice it and top with walnuts.
