Instructions
- Combine pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Add lemon juice and pulse again.
- Incorporate radish greens and basil, pulsing until mixed.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and pulse until combined.
- Add Parmesan cheese if using and pulse briefly to combine.
- For a smoother pesto, add more olive oil.
