Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup radish leaves
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pulse walnuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor until broken down.
  2. Add radish greens, basil, mint, and lemon juice, then process until broken down, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Add lemon juice and olive oil, then process until smooth. Adjust consistency with water or extra oil if desired.
  4. Stir in pepper and Parmesan cheese, then process briefly to combine.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
