Instructions
- Pulse walnuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor until broken down.
- Add radish greens, basil, mint, and lemon juice, then process until broken down, scraping the sides as needed.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil, then process until smooth. Adjust consistency with water or extra oil if desired.
- Stir in pepper and Parmesan cheese, then process briefly to combine.
- Serve and enjoy!
