Instructions
- Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium, add more olive oil, and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Whisk together coconut aminos and honey, if using.
- Increase heat and add cabbage, carrots, and coconut aminos mixture; stir fry until tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan and heat through.
- Remove from heat, stir in toasted sesame oil, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
