Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions and peppers until softened.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks until nearly done.
- Drain excess liquid and transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Set slow cooker to LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with desired toppings.
