Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan or dutch oven on the stove and add olive oil.
- Sauté onion, jalapeño, and green pepper until slightly soft.
- Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
- Reduce heat and stir in pumpkin, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
- Mix spices in a bowl and add to the chili mixture.
- Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
- Serve with desired toppings such as cheese or Greek yogurt.
