Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add olive oil, onion, bell pepper, carrots, and garlic. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until the veggies are tender.
- Add ground turkey and break it up with a spatula. Cook until the turkey is opaque.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Then add pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add black beans, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
