Shrimp Ceviche

Instructions
- Dice the shrimp into smaller bite-sized pieces.
- Soak the shrimp in lime juice for 5 to 10 minutes until they turn opaque.
- Add cucumber, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to the shrimp and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve as is or with tortilla chips.
