Instructions
- Prepare the no-bake crust by combining all crust ingredients and dividing the dough among the serving cups.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and agar flakes, bring to a boil, then simmer until agar is dissolved.
- Blend the strawberries, vanilla, and maple syrup, then add the coconut milk mixture and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry filling over the crust in each cup and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
