Vegan Chocolate Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9-inch pie pan.
- Combine almond flour, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl to make the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the pie pan and bake for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler method.
- Blend the full can of coconut milk until smooth and measure out 1 cup for the filling.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the coconut milk, vanilla or peppermint extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and add any optional toppings.
- Chill the pie in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours until firm.
