Ingredients

The filling

  • 12 ounces firm silken tofu
  • ½ cup Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • to taste flaky sea salt for topping

The crust

  • 1 pie crust of your choice

Instructions

  1. Blend the tofu, almondmilk, and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and add them to the blender, blending until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the pie crust, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, and chill for 12-24 hours before serving.
