Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by processing graham cracker squares into crumbs.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted coconut oil and press into a pie dish.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish, being careful not to overheat.
- Blend the melted chocolate with plant-based milk, almond butter, and silken tofu until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and return to the refrigerator to chill for at least 8 hours.
- Garnish with berries, edible flowers, and chocolate shavings as desired before serving.
