Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Make the crust by mixing almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt until it forms a ball.
- Press the crust into the bottom of the prepared pan and freeze it to set.
- Blend peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, water, and salt until smooth to create the filling.
- Pour the filling into the crust and return it to the freezer until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
- Make the chocolate topping by whisking melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Once the filling is firm, drizzle the chocolate topping over it and add chopped nuts if desired.
- Slice and serve chilled, storing leftovers in the freezer.
