Instructions
- Line a 9-inch pie pan with cling film, leaving excess to hang over the edges.
- For the crust, mix the rice cereal, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add almond butter and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the pie pan, making sure to cover the sides.
- Refrigerate the crust for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- For the filling, combine peanut butter, powdered peanuts, maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the firmed crust and return to the fridge for 2-4 hours until set.
- Use the cling film to lift the pie out of the pan and slice into pieces.
