Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter

The filling

  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • cup powdered sweetener
  • cup natural peanut butter
  • cups whipped topping
  • to taste chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Toast the almond flour in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Combine the toasted almond flour with cinnamon, powdered sweetener, and salt in a pie plate.
  3. Gradually mix in the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pie plate to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sweetener until creamy.
  5. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping and stir until well combined.
  7. Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and cover with foil.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or freeze for best results.
