Instructions
- Line a 9-inch pie pan with cling film, leaving excess to hang over the edges.
- For the crust, stir together the rice cereal, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the almond butter and mix until incorporated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pie pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.
- Refrigerate the crust for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- For the filling, mix together the peanut butter, powdered peanuts, maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the firm crust and return to the fridge for 2-4 hours until set.
- Use the cling film to lift the pie out of the pan and slice into pieces.
