Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and cocoa powder.
- Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow the crust to cool while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, blend peanut butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer.
- Add maple syrup and beat until smooth.
- Blend in thawed coconut whip until combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Top with additional toppings before serving and store in the fridge.
