No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie

Instructions
- Beat the vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mash 1 cup of strawberries into a chunky jam-like mixture and fold into the cream cheese mixture along with the vegan whipped cream.
- Pour the strawberry cream filling into the cooled pie crust.
- Spread the strawberry jam in an even layer on top of the filling.
- Cut the remaining strawberries and place them on top of the jam layer.
- Add more whipped cream on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
