Instructions
- Shell the fava beans and set them aside.
- In a cold skillet, add olive oil, salt, and water, then heat over medium-high.
- Once the water is bubbling, add asparagus and cover, cooking until barely tender.
- Stir in the peas and cook uncovered for a short time.
- Add lemon zest and a splash of cream, then serve garnished with edible flowers.
