Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by dissolving the chicken gara soup stock powder in hot water and mixing in the other ingredients. Chill in the fridge.
- Make Kinshi Tamago by frying the eggs thinly, cooling them, and slicing them into strips.
- Slice the tomato, shave the ham, and cut the cucumber into thin sticks.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and let them cool down.
- Assemble the dish by placing the chilled noodles on a plate and topping with cucumber, tomato, ham, and egg.
- Garnish with pickled ginger, lemon, scallions, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Pour the sesame dressing over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
