Instructions
- Cook the fresh ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the toppings by slicing the chashu, boiling the egg, and arranging the naruto fish cakes and scallions.
- Make the tare dipping broth by combining sesame seed paste with diluted mentsuyu in a saucepan and heating it until it thickens.
- Assemble the dish by placing the noodles in a bowl and arranging the toppings on top, serving the broth in a separate bowl.
- Enjoy by dipping the noodles into the broth before eating.
