Instructions
- Heat Dashi in a saucepan and add soy sauce and mirin, then bring to a boil and set aside.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the Udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the cooked Udon noodles and divide them into two bowls.
- Pour the Udon soup over the noodles.
- Top with Tempura shrimp and Naruto fish cake slices.
- Garnish with chopped shallots and sprinkle Shichimi togarashi if desired.
