Tempura Udon

Ingredients

Udon Soup

  • 1 cup Dashi
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin

Udon & Toppings

  • 1 packet Pre made Udon Noodle
  • 2 Tempura Shrimp
  • 2 slices Naruto fish cake
  • 1 tbsp Chopped shallots
  • Shichimi togarashi (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat Dashi in a saucepan and add soy sauce and mirin, then bring to a boil and set aside.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the Udon noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Drain the cooked Udon noodles and divide them into two bowls.
  4. Pour the Udon soup over the noodles.
  5. Top with Tempura shrimp and Naruto fish cake slices.
  6. Garnish with chopped shallots and sprinkle Shichimi togarashi if desired.
