Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large pot, combine water, dashi granules, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the dashi has dissolved.
- Portion the cooked noodles into bowls and ladle the broth over them.
- Top with your choice of toppings and serve.
