Instructions
- Dissolve salt in water.
- Combine flour with salty water gradually to form a crumbly texture.
- Knead the mixture into a large bowl-shaped dough.
- Place the dough in a ziplock bag and seal it.
- Knead by stepping on the dough 50 times, then fold and repeat two more times.
- Let the dough rest for at least 3 hours.
- Roll out the dough to 3mm thick and cut into 3mm wide strips.
- Boil water and cook the noodles for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and rinse under running water.
- Serve with dipping sauces and yakumi.
