Instructions
- Prepare the Inari Age by pouring boiling water over the deep-fried tofu and squeezing out excess moisture.
- Simmer the tofu in a mixture of water, soy sauce, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot and prepare the udon soup in a separate saucepan with dashi, soy sauce, and mirin.
- Cook the udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
- Serve the udon noodles in a bowl, top with the seasoned tofu and Naruto, and garnish with scallions and Shichimi togarashi.
