Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Place the chicken in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with spices, except for salt.
- Pour the entire jar of green salsa over the chicken.
- Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉, checking after 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and place it on a cutting board.
- Microwave the cream cheese until soft and easy to stir.
- Ladle some green chili sauce into the cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Combine the cream cheese mixture back into the baking pan and whisk everything until smooth.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the pan, tossing in the sauce.
- Season with kosher salt if needed and serve over rice.
