Instructions
- Preheat the sous vide machine to 75°C (167°F).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken in a vacuum bag with lemon slices and coriander, then seal the bag.
- Submerge the vacuum bag in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the bag, discard the aromatics, and sear in a skillet with butter for 2 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
