Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
- Melt the butter in a 9x13 baking dish while the oven is preheating.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season them with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish skin side up and brush the tops with some melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 200ºF (93ºC).
- Broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp the skin if desired.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
