Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220C/428F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, dill, honey, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking pan and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
