Ingredients

The chicken

  • 6 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

The marinade

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 small lemon, zested

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/428F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, dill, honey, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking pan and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
