Baked Crispy Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Wash the chicken thighs and wipe them with a paper towel, then salt the chicken.
- Combine the spices in a bowl and mix well.
- Generously sprinkle the spice blend on both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Place the thighs on a cookie sheet in a single layer and let them air-dry in the fridge, or proceed to bake.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Bake the chicken thighs at 475°F for the first 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 400°F and continue baking until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 30 minutes.
