Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 210C/425F.
- 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, and garlic.
- 4. Transfer the marinade to a large ziplock bag, add the chicken thighs, and toss until combined.
- 5. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil.
- 7. Bake for 20 minutes, then switch to broil to thicken the sauce on top.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
