Ingredients

The chicken

  • 8 pieces chicken thighs boneless

The seasoning and marinade

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 210C/425F.
  2. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, and garlic.
  4. 4. Transfer the marinade to a large ziplock bag, add the chicken thighs, and toss until combined.
  5. 5. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil.
  7. 7. Bake for 20 minutes, then switch to broil to thicken the sauce on top.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
